8BIT Gets it Right

I love ordering from small companies, such as 8BIT, because of the attention to detail and the personal touch.  When is the last time you bought a normal item that had a personalized number on it?  This is often reserved for limited run and/or collectors items, not for notebooks.  I think it's a really cool personal touch that makes the product even more desirable.

This personalized card came with the notebook.

It's funny, inviting, and it has Pac-Man on it.

I'm not sure what inspired this epic stick figure action shot, but it was definitely a nice touch that made me laugh.  I was expecting only to get a simple notebook, but I also got a good laugh and a strong feeling that these guys genuinely care about their customers and the products they make.

I'm thoroughly impressed by the personal touch and attention to detail put into such a basic product.  I guess I shouldn't be surprised because 8BIT's Wordpress theme, Standard, is the best Wordpress theme on the market (it's what this website is built on).  All in all I'm a very happy customer and look forward to using this product in the coming days and weeks.
