Small Groups Only?
What if your youth ministry was only small groups? Think about that for a second. Let the initial disdain subside and actually give this idea some time to steep.
Would it be that terrible? What would the pros and cons be?
If the purpose of youth ministry is to build discipling relationships, aren't small groups one of the most effective ways to do this?
I understand that completely stopping all large group gatherings in one fell swoop is mutiny, maybe even treason, but shaking up the status quo might be just what we need.
As usual this is just an idea, but I'd like to see how much traction it has.
Is it crazy in a bad way or crazy in a potentially good way?
