In honor of the oddly popular ‘throwback thursday’ trend I thought I’d post a few pictures from my first trip to Ethiopia in 2011. This is also serving as a test post using the yet to be released Desk PM app that my buddy John Saddington is building right now. I’m thrilled to be part of the Alpha test group and can’t wait until it’s finished, it’s going to be fantastic! But back to the main purpose of the post. This was the first of two trips I took to Ethiopia and the only one that my wife and I went on together. It was her first time out of the country and my first time across the Atlantic. I had the opportunity to train hundreds of pastors and volunteers in the purposes and philosophies of Youth Ministry. It was an incredible experience and a beautiful country.
